2. Redemption of ticket(s) cannot be made after redemption deadline and customers should bear
the responsibility of not able to collect ticket(s) if required document(s) such as “Confirmation
Note” or personal identity document is/are not presented.

3. Ticket validity:
• Airport Express Single Journey Ticket: The ticket is only valid on the date of redemption.
• Airport Express Round Trip Ticket: The ticket is only valid for 30 days from the date of
redemption.
• Airport Express Travel Pass: The ticket is valid for 180 days from the date of redemption.
• Tourist Day Pass: The ticket is valid for 30 days from the date of redemption.

| 4. All ordered ticket(s) have to be redeemed in one go. Partial redemption is not allowed. |
| 5. Ticket cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for other tickets once it is used. |
6. Airport Express Travel Pass and Tourist Day Pass are restricted to tourists who are non-Hong
Kong residents and have stayed in Hong Kong for less than 14 days. |
7. Child Ticket(s) are only applicable to children aged 3 to 11 and you may be asked to present a
valid passport or similar proof by MTR staff. |
*If you do not prefer waiting at the Airport Station, please board the train first and redeem ticket(s) at the Customer Service Centre of your arrival station instead.

1. 請列印此「訂票確認通知書」，並於上述領票期限或之前親身到下列地點換領車票：
機場快綫車站客務中心
- 香港 / 九龍 / 青衣 / 機場 (車站入境月台)*
辦公時間：星期一至日早上六時至凌晨十二時三十分

2. 逾期換領將不獲受理，乘客亦需負起因無法出示有關文件如訂票確認通知書或身份證明文件而
未能領取車票之責任。

3. 車票有效期：
o 機場快綫單程票：車票只限於換領當日內有效。
o 機場快綫來回票：車票只限於換領日起計30天內有效。
o 機場快綫旅遊票：車票於領票當日起計180天內有效。
o 遊客全日通：車票於領票當日起計30天內有效。

| 4. 乘客必須一次性及同一時間全數換領訂單上所列明訂購的車票，不可只換領部份車票。 |
5. 機場快綫旅遊票及遊客過境旅遊票只限非香港居民並直至領票當日為止在香港逗留少於14天的遊
客使用。 |
| 6. 車票一經使用，不可退還、退款或轉換其他車票。 |
| 7. 小童票只適用於3至11歲小童，港鐵職員有權要求乘客出示有效的身份證明。 |
*如閣下不欲於機場站等候換領車票，可先直接往乘列車並在下車之車站客務中心換領車票。
